UNDER GRACE NOT LAW

For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace. What then? Shall we sin because we are not under the law but under grace? By no means! - Romans 6: 14 - 15 NIV

No human being has ever been able to perfectly keep and fulfill the law except Jesus Christ, the last Adam. And Jesus himself said he came to "fulfill the law" (Matt 5: 17). After fulfilling the law He went to the cross and paid the penalty for our sins. He became sin so that when we believe in Him we are counted as righteous before God! (2Cor 5: 21) Now, that is God's grace! Oh, how He loves us!

As the Word says, we are saved by grace (Eph 2: 8) and now that we are under grace, we have victory over sin, we are not ruled by it any longer. The One who fulfilled the law lives in us, and has written His new commandment of love in our hearts (John 13: 34). And we love one another not by faking it or by acting or pretending, but because we have already received His love, it's been shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit (Romans 5: 5)

That is the way we should live, because God's grace that can save everyone has come. It teaches us not to live against God nor to do the evil things the world wants to do. Instead, that grace teaches us to live in the present age in a wise and right way and in a way that shows we serve God. - Titus 2: 11 - 12 NCV

By the Grace of God walk in victory over sin and condemnation today!
